🔱 Our collections incorporate recycled materials, transforming old clothes worn by Indian women into new garments.
The saris, silk fabrics, are carefully selected one by one. Their patterns are unique and unrepeatable, making each piece one of a kind.
During the summer, we also offer a variety of pieces made from cotton, rayon, and viscose. All these fabrics are lightweight and loosely woven, allowing air circulation and keeping the body cool and dry.
In winter, to offer warm and comfortable pieces, we create items with carded cotton and polar fleece, with sari details.
Raja Pura is a "slow fashion" brand: we encourage the production and consumption of durable and timeless clothing and prioritize the use of sustainable resources, such as upcycling and ethical work practices.
🔱RETURNS
🔱 We have a 15-day return policy, so you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the condition you received it, unused and without wear, with the respective tags and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as information about the shipping method and the location where you should send your package. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive an incorrect item, so we can assess the problem and resolve it.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the items you want is to return the item and, after the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of a new item.
Refunds
We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return and inform you whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded through your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Your order is prepared and will be shipped the day after your purchase.
A fixed amount is added to the prices shown for each product, corresponding to the shipping costs. You can see this amount before completing your purchase.
For orders over €69 and for customers in Portugal, shipping is free, provided the address registered in our system matches your billing account address.
For orders within the European Union over €170, shipping is free.
All customs procedures, taxes, and any other additional costs generated by orders outside the Iberian Peninsula are the customer's responsibility. These fees do not affect shipping prices for international orders.
The customer should contact customs and inquire about applicable fees before placing the order to avoid charges. Raja Pura is not responsible for any taxes, fees, or other additional costs that may be required by customs authorities during the import process.
It is very important that you ensure the address is correct. If the order cannot be delivered due to an address error and you need to correct any information, you will have to bear new shipping costs.

🔱 To ensure the durability and good preservation of the items, we recommend:
🔱For silk items, wash in the machine at a temperature up to 30 °C, using a gentle cycle.
After washing, the items should be air-dried, avoiding the use of a dryer to preserve the shape, color, and quality of the materials.
🔱In our cotton clothes, only natural dyes are used, so in this case, we advise washing by hand in cold water.
Following these care instructions will help keep the items in great condition for longer.

Can I buy products with another currency?

Can I make changes to my order after I have already placed it?
We do our best to process orders quickly and, unfortunately, we cannot make changes after the order is finalized.
These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If there is any error in the order information, the fastest way is to contact our Customer Service.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
It all depends on the country it is going to.
Usually, for Portugal and Spain, orders take between 1 to 2 days, and for the rest, approximately 3 to 5 days.
On certain occasions during festive seasons, delivery may take longer, but we cannot predict that.
