Can I buy products with another currency?
Yes, you can select the currency according to your preference. By selecting your country in the country selector at the top right corner of the site or by being directed directly to the version of the site corresponding to your country, you will see the prices listed in the local currency.
Can I make changes to my order after I have already placed it?
We do our best to process orders quickly and, unfortunately, we cannot make changes after the order is finalized.
These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If there is any error in the order information, the fastest way is to contact our Customer Service.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
It all depends on the country it is going to.
Usually, for Portugal and Spain, orders take between 1 to 2 days, and for the rest, approximately 3 to 5 days.
On certain occasions during festive seasons, delivery may take longer, but we cannot predict that.
