🔱 We have a 15-day return policy, so you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the condition you received it, unused and without wear, with the respective tags and in the original packaging. You will also need to present the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at skwezer_v@hotmail.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: Rua Infante de Sagres nº29, 8600-743 Lagos, Portugal

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as information about the shipping method and the place where you should send your package. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive an incorrect item, so we can assess the problem and correct it.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the items you want is to return the item and, after the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of a new item.

Refunds
We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return and inform you whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded through your original payment method within 10 working days. Keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Inside your order you will find, besides your items, some little treats we offer!

Your order is prepared and will be sent the day after your purchase.

A fixed amount is added to the prices shown for each product, referring to shipping costs. You can know this amount before completing your purchase.

For orders over €69 and for customers in Portugal, shipping is free, provided the address registered in our system is the same as your billing address.

For orders within the European Union over €170, shipping is free.

All expenses with customs procedures, taxes, and any other additional costs generated by orders outside the Iberian Peninsula are the customer's responsibility. These fees do not affect shipping prices for international orders.

The customer must contact customs and inquire about applicable fees before placing the order to avoid charges. Raja Pura is not responsible for any taxes, fees, or other additional costs that may be required by customs authorities during the import process.

It is very important that you ensure the address is correct. If the order cannot be delivered due to an address error and you need to correct any information, you will have to bear new shipping costs.

At Raja Pura, what we want most is for you to receive your items as quickly as possible! However, we are not responsible for the work and performance of the carriers!

We are not responsible for delays in order deliveries. 

All delivery times are only estimates and do not constitute guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control. When we transfer the products to the carrier, the title and risk of loss are transferred to you.

IN ACCORDANCE WITH PORTUGUESE LAW AND EUROPEAN UNION REGULATIONS, THE NORMAL PERIOD FOR DELIVERY OF AN ORDER IS 30 DAYS. AFTER THIS PERIOD, YOU MAY CONSIDER THE ORDER DELAYED.

THE 30-DAY PERIOD STARTS FROM THE MOMENT THE PURCHASE BECOMES EFFECTIVE, THAT IS, WHEN THE SELLER CONFIRMS RECEIPT OF THE ORDER AND THE RESPECTIVE PAYMENT.

AFTER THIS PERIOD, THE CONSUMER MAY CHOOSE TO MAINTAIN INTEREST IN RECEIVING THE MISSING ITEMS OR NO LONGER NEED THE PRODUCT AFTER THE DEADLINE.

🔱 To ensure the durability and good preservation of the garments, we recommend:

🔱 For silk garments, wash in the machine at a temperature up to 30 °C, using a gentle cycle.

After washing, the garments should be air dried, avoiding the use of a tumble dryer, to preserve the shape, colour, and quality of the materials.

🔱 In our cotton clothes, only natural dyes are used, so in this case, we advise hand washing in cold water.

Following these care instructions will help keep the garments in excellent condition for longer.
