Returns and Exchanges

Consumers who make purchases remotely are protected by National and European legislation, namely by Decree-Law no. 143/2001 and will have a period of 15 days (from receipt of the order) to return the products received, exercising the right of withdrawal. Whenever you wish to make an exchange or return, you must contact us by phone or email.

Products must be returned in their original conditions, that is, with labels, packaged, never washed or used.

 

Products that are returned incomplete, damaged or used by the Customer will not be accepted. In the event of a return and after evaluating the returned products, Raja Pura will reimburse the full product costs with the exception of shipping costs.

 

In this case, the Customer bears the shipping costs for the products and the return costs, except when there is an error on the part of Raja Pura.

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a maximum period of 14 days.

While orders are being processed, they may be canceled at any time by either party. From the moment the shipment is processed, the customer must make a subsequent return. If shipping has been offered, Raja Pura reserves the right to deduct these costs, as well as fees arising from the payment of the initial order, upon return. 

If you still haven't received your refund, first check your bank account again. Then, contact the entity issuing your credit card.

It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Then contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before a refund is posted. If after these steps you confirm that you have not received your refund, please contact us by email at skwezer_v@hotmail.com

Defective items

We will exchange items with manufacturing defects or that are damaged during transportation. In these cases, send us an email to skwezer_v@hotmail.com, with images  and we will collect the defective item and exchange it for an identical item. If it is impossible to exchange, we will collect the item and refund the item.
